摘 要:全球女性高管的强势崛起引起了社会各界的广泛关注,越来越多的学者开始探索女性参与高管团队对于企业经营管理的影响。然而,女性高管参与对企业技术创新的影响仍然是学术界尚未深入探讨的问题。本文以中国创业板企业为研究对象,探讨女性高管参与对企业技术创新的影响。同时,考察女性高管人力资本与行业差异作为情境因素对于女性高管参与和企业技术创新之间关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:女性高管参与对于企业技术创新具有显著的促进作用,不同行业企业的技术创新存在显著差异;女性高管人力资本强化了女性高管参与对企业技术创新的正面影响;行业差异调节了女性高管参与和企业技术创新的关系,科技与电信行业企业中,女性高管参与对于企业技术创新的积极作用更为明显。It has attracted wide attention that female executives are strongly raising all over the world.An increasing number of scholars have explored how female participation in top management teams affects corporate performance.The problem of female executives' impact on technological innovation has not been in-depth investigated.This paper uses the data of Chinese GEM companies during 2009 to 2010,empirically examines the relationship between female executives and technological innovation.Meanwhile,we investigate how human capital and industry moderate the relationship between female executives and technological innovation.The results show that women executives have a positive significant effect on technological innovation.Human capital strengthens the positive significant effect of female executives on innovation performance.Industry factor plays a significant regulatory role in relationship between female executives and technological innovation;In technology and telecommunications companies,female executives have a stronger impact on promoting innovation.
