摘　　要：郑州牧业工程高等专科学校大部分专业开设有畜产品加工技术课程。总结了学校二十多年来为了提高教学质量和学生的实践能力,而对相关专业畜产品加工技术课程教学内容、教学方法、实际操作能力和考试考核方法等方面教学改革的实践经验。The Technology of Animal Products Process is a required course for the most professions of Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering. In order to improve the quality of teaching and the students ＇ practical ability, this paper explores the teaching reform of Technology of Animal Products Process in the teaching contents, teaching methods, practical operation ability and assessment methods.
