摘  要:以SBA-15负载三氯化铝为催化剂,乙酸和环己醇为原料合成乙酸环己酯,考察了三氯化铝用量、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂用量诸多因素对反应的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能。同时建立了该反应的动力学模型,获得了相关动力学参数。实验结果表明:SBA-15负载三氯化铝有较好的催化选择性和催化活性,催化剂经重复使用五次后,酯化率仍保持在90%以上,能重复使用;以乙酸0.2mol为基准,其适宜的反应条件为:三氯化铝用量10%,乙酸与环己醇的摩尔比1.6:1,催化剂用量0.6g,带水剂环己烷10mL,在回流温度下反应90min,酯化率可达95.8%;反应表观活化能为60.27kJ/mol,相应的动力学方程表示为-dCA/dt=7.39×106exp(-7249.3/T)CACB。Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and cyclohexanol,using SBA-15 supported AlCl3as catalyst.The factors influencing on synthesis,such as AlCl3 content in catalyst,molar ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexanol,the amount of catalyst,reaction time and the dosage of water-carrying reagent as well as the reusability of catalyst were investigated.At the same time,we established the kinetics model and obtained corresponding kinetics parameters of reaction.Experimental results indicated that SBA-15 supported AlCl3 had well catalytic selectivity and activity.The yield of cyclohexyl acetate still kept at 90% after being used 5 times and it could be reused.The optimum reaction conditions were found as following:0.2mol acetic acid,AlCl3 content in catalyst 10%,molar ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexanol 1.6:1,catalyst 0.6g,cyclohexane 10mL,reaction time 90min.The yield of cyclohexyl acetate was up to 95.8%.The apparent activation energy was 60.27kJ/mol and the rate equation of reaction was-dCA/dt=7.39×106exp(-7249.3/T)CACB.
