摘　　要：企业是一个相对独立的开放系统,在环境不确定程度越来越高的今天,如果企业能够主动适应环境变化,提高适应能力,将有更大的竞争优势。在回顾组织适应力、组织动态能力和组织记忆相关理论的基础上,构建了三者之间的动态关系模型,利用该模型对三者之间的关系进行研究,理清了组织适应力、组织动态能力和组织记忆三者之间的动态关系。Enterprise is a relatively independent open systems,in today＇s environment that the degree of uncertainty becomes higher and higher,if the enterprise can take the initiative to adapt to environmental change and improves adaptability,the enterprise will have a higher competitive advantage.This paper reviewed the organizational adaptability,organizational dynamics and organizational memory.On the basis of relevant theories to build the dynamic relationship model between the three,using this model to study the relationship between the three,Sort out the organizational adaptability,organizational dynamics and organizational memory of the dynamic relationship between the three.
