摘　　要：外教是我国高等教育师资队伍中不可或缺的一部分。通过对高校外教聘用现状及聘用效益不高原因的分析,提出了提高外教聘用效益的对策,以期更好地为高校国际化建设服务。As foreign teachers has become an integral part of the China’s higher education faculty,in the paper,based on the analysis of the employment status of foreign teachers,the author puts forward some solutions on how to improve the benefit of foreign teachers employment.Only in this way can we better serve the internalization of universities and colleges.
