摘 要:本实验对18个品种的高羊茅种子贮藏蛋白进行了十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术分析。结果表明:供试材料具有较丰富的贮藏蛋白等位变异,不同品种间Jaccard遗传相似系数GS变化范围为0.333~0.963;根据得到的遗传相似性矩阵进行非加权组法UPGMA聚类分析,建立高羊茅品种的系统树状图;以相似系数0.66为标准,可将所有品种分为2类。各品种的电泳图谱可以相互区别,表明种子贮藏蛋白SDS-PAGE电泳图谱可作为高羊茅品种鉴定的蛋白质指纹图谱。In this study, we analyzed the seed storage protein of 18 cuhivars of tall fescue with using SDS-PAGE. The results show that high level of storage protein variations were presented in tall rescue, the range of Jaecard's genetic similarity~ coefficient among these varieties varied from 0.54 to 0.96. A protein dendrogram was established for 18 varieties of tall fescue based on UPGMA analysis of the genetic similarity matrix. Two groups were identified based on a standard of 0.66 similarity coefficient in the dendro- gram. All varieties of electrophoresis can be distinguished from each other, SDS-PAGE of seed storage protein can be regarded as protein fingerprints for identification of tall rescue varieties.
