2所综合医院80后护士及实习护生卫生法律法规认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解"80后"护士及实习护生卫生法律法规知识掌握情况和对卫生法律法规知识的需求情况,探讨"80后"护士及护生卫生法律法规知识水平的相关影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方法,在2所综合性医院随机抽取418名"80后"护士及实习护生进行《护士条例》《医院感染管理办法》《侵权责任法》卫生法律法规认知情况调查。结果342名临床护士和76名实习护生《护士条例》得分分别为(79.5±6.8)、(73.5±7.1)分;《医院感染管理办法》分别为(78.6±7.4)(72.3±6.8)分;《侵权责任法》分别为(73.8±5.9)、(68.2±5.2)分。不同护龄、不同受教育水平的护士和实习护生对3部卫生法律法规认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"80后"护士以及实习护生专业法律知识较薄弱,尤其是《侵权责任法》,并且受学历、护龄等因素影响。"80后"临床护士的护理教育及临床护士的继续教育应加强医疗卫生法律法规知识的学习,学校有待加强护生医疗卫生法律法规知识的教育。Objective To understand the knowledge of health laws and regulations of nurses and nursing students of post-80s generation and to explore its influencing factors. Methods With questionnaires, 418 nurses and nursing students of post-80s generation in two general hospitals were surveyed for their knowledge of Nurses Regulation, Tort Liability Law, and Measures for Hospital Infection, respectively. Results Nurses and nursing students with different nursing service length and different education background showed difference in their knowledge of these three laws or regulations （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurses and nursing students of post-80s generation have inadequate knowledge of health laws and regulations, which is influenced by working experience and education background. Nursing education and further education for clinic nurses should be strengthened on study of health laws and regulations.
