强化典型教育在思想政治教育过程中的效应

摘　　要：典型教育法在思想政治教育过程中具有示范、警示和激励、感染的作用。当前典型教育的效应不断弱化,表现为:树立的典型本身过于完美,降低了在群众中的可信度;典型的树立过于单一,没有结合不同人群的特点加以宣传和教育;多注重正面典型的示范,对于反面典型的警示存在不足。强化典型教育效应的对策为:选择典型要实事求是、具体对象具体分析,坚持客观性;宣传典型要全方位、多元化,保持连续性;保障典型要制度化、规模化,形成系统性。Typical education plays the role of demonstration, warning and encouraging in the process of ideological and political education. The efects of typical education are now gradually being weakened, for the typical representative is too perfect and therefore the credibility is wakened, the typical representative is too simple without taking the characteristics of different groups of people into consideration in publicity, and more emphasis is put on the publicity of positive typical representative, while neglecting the publicity of the negative ＂typical representa- tive＂. The measures adopted to strengthen the typical education inclade：be realistic to select the typical representative;be objective to analyze different typical representatives;typical representative must publicized in a comprehensive, diversified, and continuous way;the publicity of typ- ical representative must be institutionalized and systemic to a certain scale.
