高职院校职业道德教育改革初探

摘　　要：本文首先分析了目前大学生职业道德教育慢慢被边缘化的基本现状,提出建立和创新高职院校职业道德教育的必要性,并分别介绍了目前高职院校职业道德教育的几种基本模式,提出应加强职业指导、推进产学结合以及提高高职院校教师的综合素质来促进高职院校职业道德教育模式的创新。This paper analyzes the current basic situation of modern students＇ vocational moal quality,and put forward that professional ethics education has been marginalized.It presents the necessity of establishing and creating professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges,and respectively introduced several basic modes of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges.it also advocates that the mode of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges could be innovated by strengthening the professional guidance,promoting the combination of production and academy and updating the comprehensive quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
