PDCA循环在妇科护理临床带教中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在妇科护理临床带教中的应用效果,以便使临床护理带教规范化。方法将160名妇科实习护生分为观察组和对照组,每组各80名;对照组采取传统带教,而观察组应用PDCA循环法带教。观察两组护生的临床带教效果。结果观察组护生理论及操作考核成绩均明显优于对照组,观察组护生对临床实习满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在妇科护理临床带教中采用PDCA循环法,可明显提高带教质量。Objective To investigate the effect of application of PDCA cycle in gynecological care and clinical teaching to fulfill clinical nursing teaching standardized. Methods 160 gynecological practice nursing students divided into two groups, the con- trol group carried out traditional method of teaching, observation group carried out PDCA cycle method, observe the nursing students teaching effect of two groups. Results In observation group of nursing students the theory and operation test results are significantly better than that of control group, observation group nursing students＇ clinical practice satisfaction is higher than that the control group. Conclusion The clinical teaching quality of gynecological care applying PDCA cycle significantly improved.
