摘  要:从 7株里氏木霉中筛选出 1株纤维素酶高产菌Tr G。通过对培养基中含水量 ,C∶N ,初始 pH值 ,葡萄糖、尿素、KH2 PO4 的添加 ,培养时间 ,培养温度以及酶解条件进行优化 ,获得纤维素酶生产菌株Tr G的最佳产酶条件为 :稻草粉 35g ,麦麸 15g ,KH2 PO4 0 2 5g ,MgSO4 ·7H2 O 0 0 2 5g ,(NH4 ) 2 SO4 1g ,豆饼粉水解液 7mL ,葡萄糖 0 .5% ,蒸馏水 2 3倍 ,初始 pH值 5 0 ,最适酶解温度为 6 0°C ,于 2 8°C培养 6d ,最大滤纸酶活达 30 8mgG/ g·h ;尿素对酶活有明显的抑制作用。From seven Trichoderma reesei strains, Tr G was selected as a high potency strain for cellulase production in this paper The factors including water content, C∶N, original pH, cultural time, cultural temperatures and others ,were studied for producing cellulase by Tr G The results showed that the best conditions are: straw powder 35g, wheat bran 15g, KH 2PO4 0 25g, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0 025g,(NH 4) 2SO 4 1g, glucose 0.5%,the ratio of material and water equals 1∶2 3,the original pH is 5 0, the cultural temperature is at 28°C, the optimal temperature for enzyme action on filter paper were 60°C Cultured at that condition for 6 days, enzyme activity was 308mg G/g h on filter paper Carbamide inhibited obviously the production of cellulase
