摘  要:卡尔·雅斯贝尔斯认为现代社会是庞大的生产机器,它给予每个人固定的位置和职能,使其成为"一般"工具,剥夺了他们发挥个性、演绎生存的可能,导致了现代人精神的虚无和焦虑。精神的虚无和焦虑折磨着人们,而身体运动却能通过血液的奔腾,让主体自我保存的冲动得到短暂释放,让本真生存意志得到轻微的宣泄,让精神的创造性、自主性得到片刻的欢愉,满足了精神作为完整性的生存需要,缓解了精神的生存需求与社会机器齐一化压力之间的对抗。不过雅斯贝斯还指出,人是精神,精神的救赎只能通过精神自己的努力。因此要复归本真的生存,身体运动并无超越的内涵。身体运动只是精神本身所使用的治标不治本的伎俩。Karl Jaspers thought that the modem society is a huge production machine, which gives everybody a fixed position and function, so that he/she becomes an "ordinary" tool, deprives the possibility of people playing personality and interpreting survival, and results in the spiritual nihility and anxiety of modem people. Spiritual ni- hility and anxiety torture people, while by means of blood rushing, body movement enables the impulse of self-preservation of the subject to be briefly released, real survival will to be slightly expressed, and spiritual crea- tivity and autonomy to be momentarily pleased, satisfies the survival needs of spirit as integrity, remits the contest between spiritual survival needs and social machine's unification pressure. However, Japers also pointed out that man is spirit, spiritual redemption can be carried out only by the efforts of spirit itself. Therefore, in order to return to real survival, body movement has no connotation of exceeding. Body movement is only a trick used by spirit it- self, which kills the symptom but not the disease.
