摘　　要：高校要完成开展科学研究、培养经济社会所需要的建设者和接班人的使命,其关键在于建设一支一流的师资队伍,在分析和研究了师资队伍建设的具体措施的基础上,提出了师资队伍建设的关键是从增强科研实力入手.This paper studied on the construction of teacher degree of high school. Based on the analysis and research of measurement in detail, put forward the key to solve this problem is to establish an advanced teacher team with developed skill of science and technology.
