摘　　要：本文围绕高校英语教学法课程建设的重要性展开讨论,从宏观和微观的角度,指出了现存的一些矛盾和问题,提出了解决方案和对策,值得引起广泛的关注与思考。The paper begins with stating the importance of the development of ELTM in universities. And then, from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, it points out the existing contradictions and problems and puts forward the solutions and countermeasures. This paper is trying to provoke widespread concern and deep thinking of ELTM.
