山苦茶对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨山苦茶对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:80只昆明种健康小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组(给予无菌蒸馏水0.1mL/10g)及山苦茶低、中、高剂量组(分别给予山苦茶0.5、1.0、2.0g/kg),每组20只,分别作小鼠碳粒廓清试验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验,计算并比较各组小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、校正吞噬指数a及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数。结果:灌胃不同剂量山苦茶水提物7d后,与空白对照组相比,山苦茶各剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数以及单核巨噬细胞碳粒廓清能力、吞噬率、吞噬指数均明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:山苦茶可通过影响小鼠免疫器官来增强机体的免疫能力;可加快小鼠体内碳颗粒的清除速度,增强小鼠的非特异性免疫能力;能提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,对正常机体的非特异性免疫功能具有增强作用。Objective： To explore the Effects of Mallotusfuretianus on non-specific immune function of mice. Methods： Eighty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 in each group including the control group administered with water and three experimental groups administered with Mallotusfuretianus at doses of 0. 5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, 2.0 g/kg for 7 consecutive days respectively. Carbon clearance test and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis test were conducted to calculate and compare the thymus index, spleen index, corrected phagocytic index a, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index among each group. Results：After 7 days of treatment experimental groups all showed significant increase in thymus index, spleen index, corrected phagocytic index a, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index comparing with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Mallotusfuretianus can increase thymus index, spleen index, corrected phagocytic index a, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index thus can improve the non-specific immune function of mice.
