摘　　要：针对企业内部机制与外部制度环境如何共同影响家族企业社会化进程的问题,文章首先使用金融经济学的模型,从理论层面分析家族企业的演进趋势;进而借鉴法律金融论的代表人物LLSV等观点,基于广东民营家族企业发展所处的金融环境与法律环境,分析了两种外部制度环境对家族企业转型的影响;最后从政策层面提出了基于内源融资型和外延融资型企业的转型以及不同类型公司经营管理模式选择的几点建议。In order to analyze how the corporate internal mechanism and external institutional environment affect family busi ness socialization together,this paper discusses the evolution tendency of family business theoretically by using the models in fi nancial economics.Furthermore,considering the financial environment and legal environment of private family business in Guangdong,this paper analyzes the effect of the two type external institutional environment on family business socialization based on the view of some famous scholar in legal financial theory such as LLSV.Finally,it proposes some suggestion in policy about the transition and the selection of management mode of the two types of corporate which are financing from internal source corporate and financing from external source corporate.
