摘  要:为提高HM菌剂对餐厨垃圾堆肥的发酵效果,以国内主要商品菌剂为材料,筛选出三株适用于堆肥发酵的菌株:产淀粉酶D6(Bacillus Cohn,1872)、产脂肪酶Z4(Bacillus Cohn,1872)、产纤维素酶X4(Brevibacillus shida,1996)。结果表明:D6体外淀粉酶活达26.48 U/mL,Z4体外淀粉酶活达6.67 U/mL,X4体外淀粉酶活达4.05 U/mL,且菌株之间及菌株与HM菌剂之间拮抗作用不明显。混合菌剂以D6∶Z4∶X4=1∶1∶1时产酶效果最好,淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶分别达到12.00 U/mL、1.83 U/mL和76.93 U/mL。与HM复合菌剂混合堆肥效果优于HM菌剂单独堆肥。To promote the degradation effect of kitchen wast,three effective strains(D6,Z4 and X4) of in compost fermentation were screened from the chief domestic commercial strains.D6,Z4 and X4,which produces amylase,lipase and cellulase,gave the enzyme activities of 26.48U/mL,6.67U/mL and 4.05U/mL,respectively.No obvious antagonism among strains as well as between strains and HM were investigated.With the proportion of D6∶Z4∶X4=1∶1∶1,the best effect had been obtained,which produced 12.00U/mL amylase,1.83U/mL lipase,and 76.93U/mL cellulase.Compared with the single strain,multiple strain HM gave the better effect.
