摘　　要：根据《内经》时间医学理论及针灸子午流注学说,结合案例分析以时间指导从肾辨证的规律和方法。指出肾主冬、夜半属肾、酉时属肾对从肾辨治疾病具有重要参考价值。This paper presented three points： kidney governing winter;midnight corresponding to kidney and sunset（from 17：00 to 19：00 PM） corresponding to kidney,which is based on the theories of chronomedicine and midnight-midday ebb flow in Internal Canon of Medicine.It analyzed the rule and methods of kidney differentiation and treatment based on medical cases,with reference value for the differentiation and treatment of kidney in clinic.
