摘　　要：目的总结治疗足跟与足跖部皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的经验。方法回顾总结了自2005年以来,采用病灶彻底切除岛状皮瓣修复和免疫治疗等方法收治的15例足跟与足跖部皮肤恶性黑色素瘤患者的临床资料与随访结果。结果所有患者术区外形和功能良好。结论在一定的广度和深度彻底切除足跟与足跖部部当快恶性黑色素瘤是取得良好疗效的关键。皮辩修复有助于术区外形和功能的恢复。Objective To supmmarize the zxperieuceto treat melauowo ou heel and sole.Methods The clinical materials and follow-up results of 15 patieuts witu melanoma on heel and sole who had beeu treated by operation and immaauotherapy since 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The appearance and fuuetiou of heel and sole recovered well at post operation.Conclusion If wight be a key to reaeh satisfactory result to thorough hly.excise welawowaon heel and sole iu a certaiu rauge and depth.It could be helpful to recover appearance aud function of operative site to repair wound with flap.
