摘　　要：主要介绍由叶挺秀教授主编的一本面向２１世纪新教材《电工电子学》。这本教材符合综合学科的基本特征和发展规律，符合非电类专业课程内容的需求。作者把电工技术和电子技术交叉结合在一起，形成了一本《电工电子学》。本书具有以下特点：（１）具有统一的体系；（２）保证基础；（３）加强应用；（４）体现先进。This article introduces a new textbook by Professer Ye Tingxiu. It is one of the textbook series for 21st century. The textbook is suitable for the basic features of the combined courses and law of the de- velepment of the courses. This textbook satisfies the needs of the content of non-electric majors. The au- thor combines electrical engineering with electronic technology,the entitling 'electrical and electronic engi- neering'. This textbook has the follwing characteristics,such as the united system, ensuring the basic knowledge, strenthening application and reflecting modern contents.
