知识经济形态下高等教育质量的重新审视

摘　　要：高等教育质量成为高等教育发展的生命线,决定着高等教育对社会进步与发展的贡献作用的大小。当前,由于高等教育大规模扩招、高等教育的短视行为、单一的高等教育质量评估标准等原因造成了高等教育参与者对高等教育质量信任的缺失。因此,通过重新审视知识经济形态下高等教育质量的内涵,提出优化高等教育结构、树立正确的质量观、建立多元高等教育质量评估体系等措施。The quality of higher education becomes the lifeblood of the development of higher education and determines the role of higher education on social progress and development. Currently, the reasons for kuge-scale expan- sion, the short-sighted behavior of higher education, single quality assessment standards of higher education caused higher education participants＇ lack of on the quality of higher education trust. Therefore,, by reexamining the connota- tion of higher education quality in the form of knowledge-based economy, the measure are proposed to optimize the structure of higher education, to establish a correct outlook on the quality, and to establish a diverse higher education quality assessment system.
