摘　　要：人才培养模式是专业发展的关键性问题之一。宁波工程学院外国语学院经过充分调研和理性思考,最终确立了WITT英语专业人才培养模式。本文拟从WITT人才培养模式的理论基础—交际能力理论和建构主义学习理论入手,探讨WITT人才培养模式独特的内涵与特色。同时,结合具体的人才培养实践以及成果,进一步验证WITT人才培养模式的有效性。Talent cultivating mode is one of the keys to specialty development. After sufficient investigations and rational thinking, the School of Foreign Language, Ningbo University of Technology finally established the WITT talent cultivating mode. The paper, starting from the theoretical basis of the WITT mode, probes into its unique connotations and features and proves the effectiveness of the mode based on concrete practice.
