摘　　要：本文结合高职院校的职场特征,对建设职场化校园文化进行了系统的阐述,希望有利于高职院校形成各具职场特色的校园文化。In this paper, how to construct the workplace atmospheres in higher vocational colleges was systematically depicted by combining with its characteristics of workplace. It is expected to help with the development of the campus culture with the diveraified workplace features in higher vocational colleges.
