摘　　要：《食品工业"十二五"发展规划》分析了我国食品质量安全的现状、问题与面临的形势,提出了我国食品质量安全"十二五"发展目标与主要任务."十二五"期间,食品质量安全研究应重点围绕食品重点行业产业政策与行业准入制度、食品安全监管体制机制、食品标准体系、检(监)测能力、食品召回及退市制度、企业食品安全主体责任六个方面展开.The Twelfth Five-years plan for Food Industry Development analyses the status quo,problems and future situation of food safety in China,and gives the development objectives and main tasks during the Twelfth Five-year of Chinese food safety.Studies on food safety should be focused on six areas during the Twelfth Five-years： industrial policy and access system of key food industry,food safety regulation system and mechanism,food standard system,detection and monitoring capacity,food recall and delisting system,the principal responsibility for food safety of enterprise
