摘　　要：合理地选择课程教学模式是高职教学改革的核心，直接关系到专业建设的发展和教学质量的提升，因此，以高职教育规律和特点为依据，结合高职连锁经营课程的教学内容和要求，对该课程教学模式的研究已成为高职连锁经营管理专业建设的重要组成部分。The core of teaching reform in higher vocational education is the reasonable choice of teaching pattern, for it directly influences the development of chain-store operations management and the improvement of teaching quality. Based on disciplines and characteristics of higher vocational education and combining contents with requirements of Chain-store Operations, the research of this course＇s teaching pattern has become an essential pan of chain-store operations management in higher vocational education.
