摘　　要：在考察德、日及我国台湾地区文书提出义务制度的基础上,提出构建我国的文书提出义务制度的具体建议。Based on the systems of the document address obligation in German,Japan and Taiwan during the visit,the author puts forward some detailed suggestions about how to construct the system of the document address obligation in China.
