摘　　要：讨论CET-SET(大学英语口语考试)对口语学习系统研发的反拨作用,旨在认为CET-SET对口语学习系统的研发产生一定的正面反拨作用,口语学习系统的使用增加了学习者口语基础的练习机会,增强了学习者练习口语的意识,口语基础训练有利于提高口语交际语言能力。但口语学习系统在训练口语交际语言能力方面存在局限性,口语学习系统的交际功能和交际任务的真实性需要教师设计各种口语教学活动弥补。This paper presents a brief introduction of the washback researches of language testing. It discusses the washback of CET-SET （College English Test and Spoken Englsih Test） on the development of spoken English learning systems （SELS）. It is suggested in this paper that CET-SET brings about certain washback effects on the development of SELS. The application of SELS increases the accessibility for learners to promote basic linguistic competence and learners＇ awareness of spoken English practice. Basic linguistic competence practice is beneficial to fostering oral communicative language abilities. The limitations of SELS lie in the inadequacy of interaction and tasks＇ authenticity, which need to be noticed by instructors, who may compensate by various kinds of interactive and authentic oral practice activities.
