摘  要:本文针对高等学校提高教育教学质量工作中普遍存在的管理手段传统、形式单一、效果不佳的问题,提出了采用"双闭环"教学质量管理系统来提高教学质量的方法。大连科技学院经过两年多的研究与实践,利用"双闭环"教学质量管理系统使教育教学质量得到明显提高,同时,在学院的教风建设、学风建设和考风建设方面收到了很好的管理效果。This article reviews the problems,such as old-fashioned approach of management,invariability of its form and poor in its effect,that commonly seen in the efforts of academic quality assurance in higher education.Then it presents an academic quality management system using "double closed-loop method" for raising the quality of school performances.Through more than two-year’s research and practice in Dalian Institute of Science and Technology,the "double closed-loop" system enables both the educational and academic quality to gain obvious improvement.Meanwhile,the related improvement in management can also be found in the development of teaching ethics,students’ improved attitudes of learning and bettered exam environment.
