摘　　要：介绍了高职金融专业校企合作、工学结合人才培养的实施方法,包括行业调查与专业分析、人才培养模式、实训基地建设、生产性实训、订单培养以及实施效果分析与评价等。According to the characteristic of vocational education,Implementation of training methods in financial vocational education on cooperation between school and enterprise,combining learning with working teaching are discussed in this paper.They include industry research and expert analysis,cultivating mode,professional training program,order-form training,training base construction,productive practice and the implementation effect analysis and evaluation and so on.
