摘 要:针对永磁同步电机转速控制系统,运用矢量控制技术,并采用快速动态滑模控制方法分别设计了电机的速度和电流控制器,通过李亚普诺夫稳定性理论证明了系统的稳定性。设计控制器时将滑模控制中的不连续项转移到控制量的一阶导数中,从而能有效降低系统抖振;采用快速终端滑模的思想设计了滑模趋近律,从而可使系统快速收敛。结合永磁同步电机驱动的连铸结晶器正弦/非正弦振动控制系统对电机转速为恒值或变角速度的实际要求,对电机速度控制系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,电机角速度能快速跟踪给定的恒值或时变角速度信号,控制量的抖振得到了有效抑制,系统对负载扰动具有良好的鲁棒性。Based on vector control technique, speed and current controllers were respectively designed by fast dynamic sliding mode control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system. And the stability of the system was proved with lyapunov stability theory. The controllers could effectively diminish chattering by desig- ning the first derivative of control output which contains discontinuous function of sliding mode control. Meanwhile, the reaching law of sliding mode was designed with the concept of fast terminal sliding mode, which can result in the fast convergence of the system. With the practical requirement for constant or variable angular speed of motor, the simulation was carried out on the speed control system which can be applied in sinusoidal or non-sinusoidal oscillation of continuous casting mold driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor. The simulation results showed that the an- gular speed of motor could rapidly track the given angular speed signal which was constant or time-varying, the chatte- ring of control output was effectively attenuated, and the system had good robustness for the load disturbances.
