摘　　要：女大学生就业问题与社会性别文化和性别分工有着密切的关系。目前,我国整体严峻的就业形势使得女大学生的就业问题显得尤为突出。本文从社会性别的视角入手,探讨当代女大学生性别观念存在的一些问题及就业中性别歧视的主要原因及其影响,并提出了相应的解决对策。There is a close relationship between the problem of employment of female university students and gender culture and division of labor. At present, due to China＇s overall grim employment situation, the employment problem of female university students becomes particularly prominent. In this paper, from a perspective of gender, we investigate the problems existing in the contemporary female students＇ concept of gender, and the main reason as well as its impact for the gender discrimination issues in employment, through which we propose the corresponding countermeasures.
