学生角度案例教学法在行政管理学教学中的优化思考

摘　　要：行政管理学研究的内容具有很强的理论性,同时和社会的联系又非常紧密,行政管理学的教学也应该将理论和社会的发展紧密联系。然而,传统的案例教学中的教师准备案例与案例滞后导致学生学习主体地位不强。通过教学实践,笔者尝试提出从学生角度实施案例教学法,让学生收集案例、分析案例、解决问题,在这个过程中充分调动学生发现问题、分析问题以及解决问题的积极性,充分发挥学生学习的主体地位。The contents of the ＂Administrative Management＂ research has a strong theoretical, at the same time and social contact is very close, ＂Administrative Management＂ teaching theory and social development should be closely linked. How- ever, the traditional case teaching teachers to prepare the case, case lag, resulting in students learning the dominant position is not strong. Teaching practice, I try to put the implementation oftbe case teaching method from the perspective of students, allow students to collect case analysis of the case, problem-solving in the process to fully mobilize the students to identify problems, analyze problems, to solve the problem, give full play to the main body of student learning status.
