摘　　要：目的探讨高校医院监管食堂食品卫生安全作用。方法运用HACCP与建立监管体系结合的方法。结果有效预防学院食物中毒和肠道传染病发生。结论高校医院全程监管食堂食品卫生对食品安全有重要作用。Objective To explore the role of monitoring and management of canteens by the hospital of university.Methods HACCP combined with the regulatory system was used in the monitoring and management of canteens by the hospital of university.Results The prevention of food poisoning and infectious diseases was effective.Conclusions There is an important role of the monitoring and management of canteens by the hospital of university.
