摘　　要：目的:了解25岁以下人工流产者的年龄分布、流产次数及生育状况,为开展青少年性教育工作提供依据。方法:采用分层整体取样法,对唐山市两所医院共计5 331例人工流产手术记录进行统计分析。结果:25岁以下女性人工流产数占总人工流产数的38%左右,其中19岁以下的人工流产明显增加;25岁以下人工流产者的重复流产率达38%左右,其中有生育史的仅为8%。结论:应加强对未婚青年人工流产危害性和避孕知识的宣传教育,以减少婚前性行为和未婚先孕的发生。Objective： To understand the distribution of age, the times of abortion, and reproductive status of the women under 25 years, provide a basis for carrying out adolescent sex education. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling method was used to analyze the surgical records of 5 331 women receiving artificial abortion in two hospitals in Tangshan city statistically. Results： About 38% of the women under 25 years underwent artificial abortion, and the number of women under 19 years increased significantly ; the rate of repeated abortion was 38% among the women, and only 8% of them had reproductive history. Conclusion： Publicity and education about harmfulness of artificial abortion and contraceptive knowledge should be enhanced among the unmarried young people, in order to reduce the occurrence of premarital sexual behavior and premarital pregnancy.
