摘　　要：目前,高职教育在校企合作中与企业文化对接、普及情况比较薄弱。究其主要因素有政策方面原因,也有企业、行业及高职院校的自身原因。高职教育应充分利用好政府、市场与行业的作用,借鉴国内外先进的校企合作模式经验,探索适合我国高职教育的校企合作之路,构建企业文化对接的深度融合模式,以满足经济社会对高素质劳动者和技能型人才的需要。At present it is relatively weak for higher vocational education in the joint of industrial culture and popularization of college-enterprise cooperation.The main factors causing it include policy reasons,and their own reasons of enterprises,industry and colleges.Higher vocational education should make full use of the function of government,market and industry,learning from advanced experience of college-enterprise cooperation mode at home and abroad.It should explore the approach of college-enterprise cooperation adapting to our country＇s higher vocational education and establish the deepening combination mode of the joint of industrial culture to satisfy the need of economic society for high quality labors and skilled talents.
