摘　　要：十六届六中全会强调,我们要构建的社会主义和谐社会,是在中国特色社会主义道路上,中国共产党领导全体人民共同建设、共同享有的和谐社会。通过对构建和谐社会这一科学理论的解读和提炼,结合高校教务管理工作实际,研究和分析在和谐社会环境下创建具有人本精神的教务管理方式、方法。The sixth plenary of sixteen session stresses that we must construct the socialism harmonious society,which is on the road of Chinese characteristic socialism the Communist Party of China leads all the people to construct and share the harmonious society together.Through the explanation and the refinement of this scientific theory for constructing harmonious society,this paper combines the work practice of educational administration in colleges,studying and analyzing the form and method of educational management qualified with human-oriented spirit in harmonious social environment.
