摘　　要：阐述海带的特点、营养成分和活性物质的医疗保健功效,分析国内外海带加工业的发展状况,提出我国海带研究与开发的发展方向。This article expounded the characteristics,nutritional components and active substances＇ health care functions of Laminaria japonica,analyzed the development status of Laminaria japonica processing industry at home and abroad,proposed the research and development direction of Laminaria japonica in our country.
