摘　　要：师范院校的外语院系承担着培养外语师资的主要任务,作为英语教育专业核心课程的英语教学法也有着不可替代的重要作用。该文研究和总结了师范院校外语师资培养模式的成功经验和做法,特别是已经取得一定成效的加强师资人才实践能力的教育教学方法和措施。FLD/IFL in normal universities mainly undertakes the education of FL teachers and ELTM plays an important and irreplaceable role,which is the core course in English Teaching Profession.The paper studies and summarizes the teaching experience and successful practice of Cultivation Mode for FL teachers in normal universities and specially offers some teaching methods and measures for strengthening the practical ability of the teacher talents.
