摘　　要：分析医学研究生教育的培养目标及医学生医事法律素质的涵义,并基于提高医学研究生医事法律素质的意义和目前我国医学研究生医事法律素质教育的现状,初步提出了可能有助于提高医学研究生医事法律素质的培养途径。This article analysed the training objectives of education for medical graduate students, and the meaning of medical law quality of medical students. Based on the significance of improving medical law quality of medical graduate students and thepresent education status of medical law quality for medical graduate students in China, this article initially put forward the ways of cultivation, which might be helpful to improve the medical law quality of medical graduate students.
