摘　　要：作为特征和估计的应用,利用Dirichlet L-函数均值定理及特征和的性质研究了Dedekind和的均值估计,并给出了一个较为精确的渐近公式.为研究这一类和式的均值性质提供了一种新的思路,并且该估计式的条件也更宽泛.As an application of estimation for character sum, this paper studies the mean value of Dedekind sums over half interval by using the mean value theorems of Dirichlet L-function as well as the prop- erties of character sum, and gives an relatively accurate asymptotic formula. It provides a new idea for studying this kind of the mean value of sums, In addition, the estimation is of more general condition.
