摘 要:绩效考评是高校绩效管理过程中最为核心的环节。当前高校对行政人员的绩效考核,无法全面、准确和客观地评价其工作实绩,难以形成有效的激励,建立科学合理的高校行政人员绩效考评机制势在必行。从数据化考评指标的设计、考评标准的确定和指标权重的配置等方面,构建高校行政人员绩效考评数据化模型,可以提高广大行政管理人员的积极性、服务水平及工作效率。Performance appraisal is the central chain in the course of the performance management of the higher education. The present performance appraisal of the higher education to the administrative personnel cannot completely, accurately and objectively evaluate their work achievement, so it is difficult to virtually inspire them. Therefore, it is imper performance for the administrative personnel ativ of e to construct an efficient and rational appraisal system for the higher education.
