摘 要:目的通过同步检测唾液和血清中多项生化成分,探讨唾液与血清中相同成分的相关性,并进一步探讨唾液生化成分测定的临床意义。方法采用酶比色法和免疫比浊法测定18例健康体检者与22例患者唾液和血清的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、尿酸(UA)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、氯(CL)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果唾液与血清中的各项生化指标按相关性从大到小依次排列为:Cr、Urea、AST、cTnI、UA、CL、K、Na、LDH、CK-MB、HBDH、CK、Myo、Mg、P、Ca;心功能异常组唾液AST、CK、CK-MB明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),cTnI明显低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肾功能异常组唾液Cr、Urea明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心功能异常患者唾液AST、CK、CK-MB、cTnI与病情明显相关,肾功能异常患者唾液Cr、Urea与病情明显相关,唾液AST、CK、CK-MB、cTnI、Cr、Urea测定有望成为新的疾病诊断方法。Objective To study the correlation of the biochemical composition in saliva and blood,and to explore the clinical significance of biochemical measurement of the composition in saliva by measure the multi biochemical composition of saliva and blood simultaneously.Methods Enzymatic colorimetric and immunoturbidimetry method were used to measure the level of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,HBDH,cTnI,Myo,UA,Urea,Cr,Ca,Mg,P,K,Na,and CL in the serum and salivary of 22 cases of patients and 18 cases of healthy persons with statistical analysis.Results Biochemical indicators in saliva and blood were arranged in descending order of relevance to: Cr,Urea,AST,cTnI,UA,CL,K,Na,LDH,CKMB,HBDH,CK,Myo,Mg,P,and Ca.The levels of AST,CK,and CKMB in abnormal heart function patients in saliva were significantly higher than that in the healthy control group but cTnI was significantly lower(P0.01).The levels of Cr and Urea in saliva of abnormal kidney function patients were significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The change of Saliva AST,CK,CK-MB,cTnI,Urea,and Cr were evidently correlated with disease stage,so the determination of AST,CK,CK-MB,CTnI,Cr,and Urea in Saliva is expected to become a new means of disease diagnostics.
