摘　　要：围绕"有必要的理论知识,较强的实践技能和良好的职业素养"的应用型人才的培养目标,结合《高分子材料成型加工原理》课程教学实际情况,从课前准备、教学实施及课后评价三个环节论述了切实提高学生的应用能力的方法。The paper discussed methods to practically improve students＇ application abilities from three aspects： Pre-class preparation,teaching practice and after-school evaluation of teaching.It mainly discussed the goal of cultivating application-oriented personals,which were required to ＂have necessary theoretical knowledge,strong practical skills and good professional qualities＂.The paper also discussed the practical situation in application-oriented undergraduate teaching.
