绥化市学前教育就业现状与应对策略研究

摘　　要：目前,我国高校毕业生普遍面临着就业形势严峻的问题,并再次引起社会的广泛关注。国家出台政策积极发展学前教育,这无疑给学前教育学生的就业拓宽了道路。通过对绥化市学前教育就业现状进行调查,一方面了解绥化市学前教育就业现状并对此进行分析,从社会、学校和家庭角度分析其内在原因,并提出切实可行的应对策略;另一方面,通过对学前教育就业现状的调查,引起相关部门及高校的重视,在政策上扶持农村学前教育,在人才培养模式上进行探讨,服务地方学前教育事业、造福社会。At present,college graduates are facing the common serious problems of employment situation in our country.The problem arouses the extensive attention of the whole society again.The national policies support developing preschool education actively.These policies are broadened the path of preschool education studentsemployment.This study object is to research the present situation of Suihua preschool education＇s employment.On the one hand,the writer investigates the present situation of Suihua preschool education＇s employment,analyzes the internal causes from the society,schools and family,and puts forward practical and feasible strategies.On the other hand,through the investigation of the present situation about preschool education employment which causes the attention of the related departments and university,the country supports rural pre-school education,discussions on the talent training mode,which is in order to serve local preschool education career,and benefits the society.
