毕业生质量跟踪调查对高职院校人才培养的启示

摘　　要：做好毕业生质量跟踪调查,是提高用人单位的人才质量和拓宽学校学生的就业渠道的重要途径。本文以广东交通职业技术学院为例,采取实证研究的方法,对本校2011级毕业生所在的用人单位展开问卷调查,调查表明用人单位对高职院校学生整体评价较为满意,但是也对高校的人才培养提出了新的要求。毕业生质量跟踪调查对人才培养意义重大,其是高职院校创新人才培养模式的重要依据,在一定程度上倒逼人才培养制度不断改革,不断创新,有利于培养出适应社会需要的高素质人才。Graduates quality follow-up survey is an important way to improve the quality of the employer＇s talent and broaden the channels of employment. This paper adopts the method of empirical research, by the case of Guangdong Vocational and Technical Education, A questionnaire survey of our 2011 graduates where they are working. The survey showed that the employer are more satisfied with the overall evaluation of the students in vocational colleges, but also put forward new requirements for personnel training of the university. Follow-up survey of graduates＇ quality of talent training is of great significance, which is an important basis for talent cultivation reform and forced to some extent on the personnel training system to continuously reform and innovation, is conducive to the culture to adapt to the needs of the community.
