摘　　要：为了实现某个交际目的,人们的语言或文字交流总是围绕特定主题而展开。语篇或语段作为语言交际活动中一个重要形式,必然会受一定主题的引导和制约。因此,语篇或语段翻译应该保持在交际情境中实现,而语篇翻译中的语义选择和期望实现的交际目的具有相互依赖作用,所以明确主题及主题倾向性对语段翻译具有重要指导意义。For the intended communicative end,people use language on a specific theme,either spoken or written.A text or a passage is often guided or even determined by certain theme（s）,since it is taken as one of the major forms of communication.Therefore,translation of texts or passages must be done in the communicative situations.The independence between the semantic constitution of a text and its communicative function reveals the significance of the theme or theme inclination in translation of a text or a passage through case study.
