摘　　要：培养和提高大学生职业道德素质,是当前高职院校为实现人才培养目标,提升大学生就业能力,帮助学生更好、更快地适应社会要求的重要举措之一。广东水利电力职业技术学院开设特色课程"大学生职业化塑造与训练",对培养具有现代化职业道德和精神的高素质人才进行了有益的探索和实践。To develop and improve the college students＇ professional ethics is the current personnel training goal of higher vocational college. It is also one of the main measures to help students to improve employability and adapt to the social requirements. The special course “professionalization and training of college student” offered by Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Engineering has carried out a beneficial exploration on the practice of fostering high quality talents with professional ethics.
