摘　　要：顶岗实习作为高职院校人才培养的实践教学环节,在校企合作人才培养中具有重要作用。应针对高职院校顶岗实习教学质量管理中存在的问题,构建高职院校顶岗实习质量保证体系,包括制度资源保证,思想组织保证,信息技术保证,评估系统保证四个方面。As a practical teaching part,post practice plays an important role in co-cultivating talents of school and enterprises.Aiming at the problems in teaching quality management of post practice in higher vocational college,the paper puts forward the construction of teaching quality assurance system of the post practice in higher vocational colleges form the perspectives of the assurance of system resources,ideological and organizational guarantee,IT assurance and evaluation system assurance.
