摘  要:目的:通过调查了解护生临床共情能力,为加强临床共情能力教育和培训提出方向。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对某三甲医院231名实习护生进行整体调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:护生临床共情能力总体水平一般,其中认知共情更是薄弱点,此外,临床共情能力与认知共情及语言共情关系最为密切。结论:进一步加强对护生共情能力的培养有助于临床实践开展,更好地服务于患者。Objective: To understand nursing students′ clinical empathy competence and provide an appropriate direction to cultivate their competence by means of investigation.Methods:Self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 231 nursing students and data was analyzed.Results:Students′ clinical empathetic competence was average in which cognitive dimension was undesirable.Furthermore,clinical empathetic competence had closely correlation with cognitive and verbal competence.Conclusion:Further development and training in empathy regard for nursing students is necessary in order to serve patient better.
