江苏省职教集团化基本模式分析——兼论江苏模式对安徽省职教集团化建设的启示

摘　　要：江苏省在我国各省份中率先实施职业教育集团化战略,形成了立足省情、兼顾职业教育发展规律的江苏模式。这一模式在组织结构上突出职业教育院校的主导地位,在运营策略上采取校企互融、自办实体的经营方式,在属性设定上强调促进区域经济发展的服务意识,有力推进了该省职业教育的集约化、高效化建设。江苏模式为安徽省职业教育集团化事业的深入开展提供了基本思路和有益的借鉴。Implementing a group-style operation of vocational education, J iangsu Province takes its own sit- uation and the developing law of vocational education into consideration and forms its own mode., the Jiang-＂ su Mode. Such a mode highlights the dominant role of vocational colleges, integrates colleges with enter- prises to form a business, and emphasizes its role in serving regional economic development. It promotes the integration and effective running of vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province. Such a practice can provide reference for the development of vocational education in Anhui Province.
